I wasn’t a big fan of Gemini until the latest version and now it’s become a key part of my workflow at Intuit. A key advantage is the native inclusion with Google Drive. Marco Salsiccia is our mobile accessibility expert and has created numerous folders of videos showing the screen reader experience in different applications. These folders lacked context, as they were used as resource directories for other reports. I created a prompt that allows us to audit any folder and pull out the key topics, summarize the content, and create action items.
Feel free to use this prompt, but you may need to update for your own use. You will need to add your own example of summary documents. I’ve used this with multiple directories and the results have been impressive.
The readme document significantly improves the discoverability and usability of your archives. Don’t forget to re-run this prompt throughout the year on active directories.

They aim to understand what is well documented, identify content gaps, and generate
clear educational materials based on the folder contents.
