The YUI CSS files are made to work with A-Level browsers, including IE6 and above. Check you other CSS code for anything adding padding or margins. If all else fails, add a link to a buggy page for code review. There's also a great Yahoo group for YUI advice. http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/ydn-javascript/ I haven’t seen this issue before.
